- Content Doc: We’ll provide a content doc with an outline for each page for your team to populate. As you’re creating the content we recommend referencing the layout in your chosen template to give you an understanding of where your content will be placed.
- Upload & Link: For any visuals (charts, images, PDFs, news releases), upload them to Dropbox and link them to the corresponding page and section within the content doc you previously received.
Phase 3: Design & Development
- Homepage Mockup: Based on your approved template, branding assets, and sitemap, we'll create a mockup of your homepage. This allows you to provide feedback on the overall look and feel, ensuring it conveys professionalism and clarity for investors.
- Design Revisions: Refine the homepage design with one round of revisions before we move forward.
- Development: Once the layout design is approved and content document is complete, our team begins developing your fully responsive IR website.
- Interactive Preview: Once development is complete, we'll provide you with a "staging link." This allows you to preview the entire interactive website with your content and branding applied. Experience how it will look and function for potential investors!
- Staging Revisions: This is your chance to ensure your content is flawless. You have one additional round of revisions focused on content edits (further revisions will be billable at a rate of $150/hour).
Phase 4: Launch & Support
- Quality Assurance & Security: We rigorously test your website for optimal functionality and security across all devices.
- Launch Preparation: We’ll ask that you provide authorized contacts & choose a monthly service package.
- Website Launch: Once the staging website is approved, transfer your domain name hosting (DNS) to Blender Media and we launch your website!
